The management of complex transactions involving the acquisition of assets and entity equity interests in businesses operating both in the U.S. and internationally and representing a diverse spectrum of products and services from extractive industries to cutting edge scientific research in areas of bio molecular technological applications to banking and financial services, including the U.S. and international tax treatment of these transactions. Providing advice on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, U.S. and international corporate transactions, civil litigation, wills, estates, estate planning, trusts, probate, commercial and residential acquisitions, sales and leases, and issues related thereto for the clients of our firm in the Maryland, District of Columbia and Virginia areas.
